We are a company based in Gandia, with more than 10 years of experience in the development of multimedia solutions and internet applications. Currently more than 100 tourist offices in Valencia and the rest of Spain are already working with us. Insyde has developed applications for the tourism sector such as INFOTOURIST OFFICE and INFOTOURIST API. And has recently developed another solution called QR tracing. We have developed INFOTOURIST with the purpose of offering a set of applications/tools that facilitate the information management tasks that tourism offices need to work with, both for global promotion (web portal, integration in social networks, search engine positioning) and at destination, that is, to the tourist visiting the town (interactive showcases, information points, digital signage, digitalization of the attention and supply of information, Qr codes...). And all this combined with the management of the tourism organization itself (databases, warehouse management, visitor registration, surveys, statistics, marketing actions...) INFOTOURIST API. It allows organizations such as TURISME COMUNITAT VALENCIANA to collect information about the people who visit the tourist offices, their origin and information demands, share information among them, digitalize the attention and also register the surveys programmed in the different periods of the year.
